SHIPPING

  • When selecting untracked shipping I am not liable for lost shipment and cannot provide a refund if the package is lost.

  • If you select letter mail shipping and your package is sent out i am unable to change it to tracked once it leaves my hands .

  • Letter mail is the cheapest option but does not have liability coverage.

  • Tracked shipping only includes liability coverage up to 100$ CAD. If your package goes missing with this option and your order is worth more then 100$, a refund can only be issued for 100$

  • If you place an order and your address is incomplete (EX. missing apartment number, wrong house number or PO box, or incorrect info on customer part) and the package is returned to me, the customer is responsible for paying for the shipping cost re-send the package. So please double check your shipping info at the checkout before submitting your order.

  • For all items other then PRE-ORDER please allow 5-7 business days for your order to ship. For PRE-ORDER please allow 10-13 business days for your order to be made and then shipped out.

  • Please understand that I, Kayla Muir, am not responsible for any import taxes and they are not included in the item price or shipping cost.

    ANY ADDITIONAL TAXES/CHARGERS/FEES ARE THE CUSTOMER’S RESPONSIBILITY AND MUST BE PAID TO YOUR COUNTRY TO CLAIM YOUR PACKAGE

Do you accept returns and refunds ?

  • At this time, we do not issue refunds unless there is a mistake made on our end. Because of this, please read the product description carefully and reach out with any questions you may have before purchasing. Thank you

  • We do not accept returns. As a small business we ask that you be understanding of this policy. If you are very unhappy with the purchase, please reach out as we will make exceptions on a case by case basis. Thank you

How to care for my earrings ?

  • for long lasting earrings, please do not get them wet. Do not wear your earrings while showering, swimming, working-out

  • Please store your earrings hanging up or laying flat.

Do you do commissions?

  • Yes I do. If you go to my Instagram page and the Custom Orders are open then I do. If you want a custom order please send me a message on Instagram

Do you offer gift-wrapping ?

  • Each order of earrings is carefully packages up and wrapped in tissue paper, ready to be presented as a gift. In a way we do not offer gift-wrapping as each package is intentionally wrapped with love and care .

What if my package is lost in transit or stolen?

  • Once we have shipped your order, unfortunately it is out of our hands. Best way to avoid losing your package is to pay for tracking and not letter mail. We do not provide refunds for missing or stolen items. Because of this, please be sure to provide a secure and correct mailing address.
